Why this role?

You’ll take responsibility across one or more projects, reporting into a Development Director and working closely with the co-founders in a small, established (and growing) team.

A flavour of what we’re working on:

  • A central London living-led scheme
  • City centre regeneration in Southampton
  • Heading on site at Mill Hill Broadway with 50% affordable build-to-rent homes
  • A generational development Mansfield College, Oxford

The basics:

  • Full-time, hybrid (typically 3+ days/week in London or on site)
  • Rolling applications (role available now; expected to close March 2026)

We’d also love to hear from Development Managers who are already delivering great projects, even if your current title isn’t “Senior”.
