We have several Senior Development Manager roles open to help deliver our growing pipeline — from early masterplanning and pre-planning design, through to procurement and construction delivery.
Why this role? You’ll take responsibility across one or more projects, reporting into a Development Director and working closely with the co-founders in a small, established (and growing) team.
A flavour of what we’re working on:
- A central London living-led scheme
- City centre regeneration in Southampton
- Heading on site at Mill Hill Broadway with 50% affordable build-to-rent homes
- A generational development Mansfield College, Oxford
The basics:
- Full-time, hybrid (typically 3+ days/week in London or on site)
