We’re looking for someone who loves the detail and the bigger picture — a finance lead who can support the accounting of the business, bring rigour to project appraisals, and help our team make confident investment and delivery decisions.
What you’ll do (in a nutshell):
- Build and maintain bespoke Excel development appraisals; run sensitivities and scenario testing
- Support investment decisions, land offers and funding discussions — translating numbers into clear insights
- Lead management accounting: monthly management accounts, cashflow forecasts, controls and reporting
- Strengthen project financial management: budgets, cost trackers, forecasting, drawdowns/lender reporting (where relevant)
- Help improve systems and processes as we scale (with scope to grow into leading the finance function over time)
Who we’re hoping to meet:
A qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with 2–3+ years’ relevant experience, ideally in real estate or real estate finance — comfortable with Excel modelling and accounting tools (e.g. Xero).

London (hybrid, typically 3+ days in London or on site)
£60k–£80k FTE + benefits (BUPA, pension, bonus, professional fees, “Friday My Day”, enhanced parental leave)
