This is a rewarding opportunity to support vulnerable people with complex needs, helping them to build confidence, maintain independence, and improve their overall wellbeing. You will provide high-quality support to individuals affected by issues such as domestic abuse, substance use, and mental health challenges. Please note that this role does not involve personal care.

About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference and committed to supporting people to achieve their potential.
You will:
- Ideally have experience working in a support, housing, health, social care, or related role.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
- Be able to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK (please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship).
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be flexible, dependable, and committed to delivering a high standard of support.
Additional Information
- This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check for both the Adult and Child Workforce. Where required, the cost of the DBS check will be met by the company.
