Join our Families First Home Support project as an 18-hour Support Worker, helping families in Neath Port Talbot build resilience and confidence. You\’ll provide person-centred, practical support in homes and communities, empowering parents and children to overcome challenges and achieve lasting positive change. Flexible, rewarding work with a supportive, trauma-informed team.
Experience in a similar role is desirable.
Ideally candidates will hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
This role is subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
