The predicted salary is between 13.5 - 16.5 £ per hour.

We are looking for a Support Worker to be based in one of our 24 hour supported housing projects in Colwyn Bay, which provide young people with a safe space to learn and develop independent living skills.

The support given will be individually tailored to meet their needs and the candidate will provide emotional and practical support for the young people to move on into their own accommodation.

The post holder will be required to cover mornings; evenings and weekends. There is an additional payment for any sleep-ins (if required) in addition to the annual salary.

Candidates must hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.

Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Child & Adult Workforce) which the company will pay for.
