We are seeking a compassionate and committed individual to join our team on a fixed-term, part-time basis to cover maternity leave. This rewarding role involves delivering a high-quality, responsive, and effective support service to vulnerable individuals with complex needs, including those experiencing domestic abuse, substance misuse, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing.

About You:

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
  • Able to provide proof of the right to work in the UK (please note we do not offer sponsorship visas).

Additional Information:

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Adult & Child Workforce), which will be funded by the company if required.
