We are looking for a proactive and compassionate individual to join our supported accommodation project in Torfaen, providing vital support to individuals experiencing homelessness with multiple and co-occurring needs.
You will work in a trauma-informed way, creating a safe and supportive environment while promoting independence and recovery.
Understanding the complexities of shared accommodation, you will manage challenges effectively, promoting a positive community.
Your role will contribute to Housing Support Grant (HSG) outcomes, including improving well-being, sustaining tenancies and reducing homelessness.
