The successful candidate will help, enable and empower the people that Stori supports in the Colwyn Bay area to shape the direction of their lives, to develop new skills, gain greater independence and take control of their rights and responsibilities. Working in a professional, empathetic and non-judgemental manner you will signpost, liaise with and facilitate client’s access to services (for example medical, financial and legal) by using a person-centred approach to promote independence & wellbeing.
Candidates must hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas). This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Adult & Child Workforce), which will be funded by the company if required.
