Although this is a hybrid role, as Stori only operate in Wales, you should be Wales based. You can be based in any Stori office (Carmarthen, Swansea, Pontypool, Wrexham or Bangor).
At Stori, we believe everyone deserves a safe and supportive place to call home. We’re looking for a compassionate and capable Housing Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality housing management services across our organisation.
In this pivotal role, you’ll shape how we deliver housing and tenancy services — ensuring legal compliance, strong tenant relationships, and service excellence that reflects our values. From managing tenancies, rents, voids, and anti-social behaviour to developing effective housing management agreements, you’ll make sure our homes and communities thrive.
You’ll also work closely with other housing associations and support providers, building partnerships that deliver real impact for the people we house and support.

Interviews will take place on 25 November 2025. Candidates will be asked to deliver a 10 minute presentation, with the topic provided in advance of the interview.
