We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Maintenance, Compliance & Performance Co-ordinator to join our busy Maintenance team. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position running until 31 March 2027. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, managing and prioritising maintenance and repair requests. You will coordinate and assign work to approved contractors, while monitoring progress to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
