We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Maintenance, Compliance & Performance Co-ordinator to provide administrative support to our busy Maintenance Department. This is a fixed-term contract (until 31 March 2027) to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritising maintenance and repair requests, coordinating and allocating work to approved contractors, and monitoring progress to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas). Interviews will be held in Carmarthen on or around 8 June 2026.
