The successful applicant for this fixed term (until 31/03/27), part time role (based in Bangor) will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective high quality support service to vulnerable people with complex needs (Domestic Abuse, Substance misuse, mental health issues, etc.) in Gwynedd.
Experience in a similar role is desirable.
Candidates should hold a full driving licence (mileage paid) & have access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Child & Adult Workforce) which the company will pay for.
Interviews will take place in Rhyl on 2 September 2026.
