You will be part of a dedicated and compassionate team delivering high-quality, responsive support to vulnerable women, men and their children who are facing complex challenges, including domestic abuse, substance use and mental health needs. In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred support that truly makes a difference — working alongside individuals to understand their strengths, goals and aspirations. You’ll empower people to rebuild confidence, develop new skills, increase their independence and take control of their rights and responsibilities, helping them shape safer, more positive futures. You’ll contribute to achieving meaningful outcomes which meets agreed service outcomes set by the local authority, while upholding Stori’s values of being fair, flexible and inspiring in everything you do.

Ideally applicants will have had experience in a similar role. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure (Child & Adult Workforce) which the company will pay for. Candidates must hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
