Stori is seeking a caring and motivated Support Worker to join its 24/7 supported housing projects in Pontypridd.
You will provide emotional and practical support to young men and women aged 16–24 with complex needs, helping them develop skills to move into their own accommodation.
A full driving licence is required; rota includes days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins with extra pay. DBS checks apply; training will be provided.
