Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in North West London. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the STOREX Self Storage facility, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, revenue protection, managing your team, maintaining store standards, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and a commitment to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong leadership capabilities in Store Management, including overseeing operations, team supervision, and maintaining organisation
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to protect company assets
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in retail or storage management is preferred
- Proficiency in using technology to manage store operations
