We’re a young, ambitious Shopify Growth Service, set for significant growth in 2026 and beyond. Our mission is to make e-commerce growth simple for Shopify SMEs through expert performance marketing, creative and strategic services – alongside our proprietary mobile app builder.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Account Management team and play a key role in driving growth for our e-commerce clients. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, with the goal of scaling performance for high-growth DTC brands. You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis - ensuring every dollar and pound spent delivers maximum impact.
This role is perfect for someone who’s analytical and creative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is obsessed with improving ROAS through smart testing, bold ideas, and relentless optimisation. You’ll have experience managing sizeable ad budgets, a deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, and a track record of delivering results for e-commerce or consumer brands.

Must-Have Skills and Experience- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimisation best practices for both platforms
- Confident managing budgets of ÂŁ/$10k+ per month and delivering measurable improvements in ROAS and CPA
- Analytical mindset with experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and other performance tracking tools
- Comfortable producing clear, insightful reports that connect data to actions and results
- Strong collaboration skills - able to work closely with Account Managers and Designers
- Experience writing or briefing in performance-driven ad copy and creative concepts
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail across campaign setup and tracking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple projects on the go
- A passion for performance marketing and staying ahead of trends, platform updates, and testing opportunities
- Experience working in an agency or with multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with e-commerce and DTC brand growth strategies
- Experience running campaigns across other platforms (e.g. Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.)
- Knowledge of product feeds, shopping campaigns, and dynamic ads
- Meta, Google or TikTok certifications
- Experience with landing page testing and CRO best practices
