We’re a young, ambitious Shopify Growth Service, launched in 2020 and set for significant growth in 2026 and beyond. Our mission is to make e‑commerce growth simple for Shopify SMEs through expert performance marketing, creative and strategic services – alongside our proprietary mobile app builder.

We’re looking for a Midweight Designer to join our growing creative team and play a key role in bringing projects and content to life for our clients and internal team. You’ll be responsible for creating both static and motion assets, social ads, emails, and web pages – working closely with cross‑team members to ensure every asset is visually striking, brand‑aligned, and conversion‑focused. From ad creatives to product pages, you’ll turn briefs into beautiful, high‑performing designs that help brands grow. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety – balancing quick‑turnaround performance assets with thoughtful brand design and marketing content. You’ll have experience designing for both digital and web, strong visual taste, and an ability to write sharp copy that supports your visuals. You’ll also bring curiosity and experimentation to the role, staying up to date with AI tools, design trends, and new formats that can help us work smarter and produce better results.

Must‑Have Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience designing for digital platforms – including Meta ads, email (Klaviyo), and web
  • A strong portfolio of static creative work showcasing both brand and performance‑led design
  • Experience designing for e‑commerce (Shopify, Replo or similar), with a strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and conversion principles
  • Confident using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools to produce branded visuals
  • Excellent copywriting skills – able to write headlines, ad copy, and CTAs that complement your designs
  • Able to balance creativity with commercial goals, designing assets that look great and convert better
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects, briefs, and timelines
  • Attention to detail and a high standard for visual consistency
  • A collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
  • Interest in new design trends, AI tools, and automation with a mindset of continual improvement

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working in an agency or across multiple brands
  • Experience creating simple motion graphics (e.g. animated ads or social posts)
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles for landing pages or mobile apps
  • Experience working alongside paid media or performance marketing teams
  • Coding experience to enhance our landing page and email offering

Some Specifics

  • Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent
  • Start Date: 2026
  • Holiday: Unlimited
  • Salary: £35‑42K (depending on experience)
  • Location: Flexible/Hybrid. We have team away days once a quarter around the London area for collaboration and socialising.
  • Right to Work: Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK for at least the next 12 months.
