This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Marketing Data Analyst, based in Greater London with some remote work flexibility. The role sits at the intersection of analytics, storytelling, and commercial engagement. You'll collaborate directly with media planning teams, clients, and senior stakeholders to design measurement frameworks, interpret campaign performance, and communicate data‑driven narratives that influence marketing investment decisions. A key aspect of the role involves working closely with our lead engineer to develop and evolve StoreBoost's data and analytics platform, ensuring it delivers robust campaign impact reporting and credible planning tools that predict expected returns in terms of store sales and footfall.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement marketing measurement frameworks across traditional and digital channels, with particular emphasis on DOOH attribution and effectiveness.
  • Develop and refine analytics methodologies including Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), attribution analysis, and incrementality measurement.
  • Lead analytical projects that quantify the impact of DOOH campaigns on business outcomes including online conversions, store visits, footfall, and brand metrics.
  • Build predictive models and planning tools that forecast campaign performance in terms of store sales and foot traffic.
  • Conduct rigorous data exploration, hypothesis testing, and validation to ensure reliable insights.
  • Stay current with evolving measurement methodologies and apply best practices to StoreBoost's solutions.
Platform development and product analytics:
  • Work collaboratively with the lead engineer to shape the development of StoreBoost's data and analytics platform.
  • Define analytical requirements and specifications for campaign impact reporting features.
  • Design and validate planning tools that provide credible forecasts of campaign returns.
  • Contribute to the evolution of automated reporting, dashboards, and client‑facing analytics products.
  • Ensure platform outputs meet the highest standards of analytical rigour and business usability.
  • Provide analytical guidance on data architecture and measurement infrastructure decisions.
Data storytelling and communication:
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Create impactful visualisations, dashboards, and reports that enable data‑driven decision‑making.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and foundational knowledge of Marketing concepts.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, including problem‑solving and critical thinking.
  • Experience in Data Analysis and Data Analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with data visualisation tools and reporting platforms such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with SQL or other database querying languages is a plus.
