Job Description
As a Solar Energy Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems.
You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of solar energy systems.
Your responsibilities will include
- Installation: Safely and efficiently install solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. This includes mounting panels, wiring, and connecting inverters.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of solar installations to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Answer questions, provide information about system operation, and address any concerns.

Qualifications
