The Team
You’ll be joining Old Crofts Bank team of Early Years Educators who support children’s development. You’ll be a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play‑based learning.
How you’ll spend your time
- You will deliver care to the children while supervising your team.
- You’ll identify areas for improvement in learning and teaching techniques or in creating more stimulating experiences and environments.
- You will embrace inclusivity to meet the individual needs of everyone in your room.
- As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) you will be responsible for ensuring all record‑keeping requirements are completed, and for conducting team appraisals.
- You will work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the nursery runs successfully.
We’d love to talk to you if you have the following:
- A Level 3 or above qualification within early years
- Proven experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner)
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Excellent communication skills with children and adults
- Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together
