Woodville Nursery, located at Blacksmith Lane, Woodville, DE11 7EF, is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for our preschool. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £13.75 per hour plus a £500 Welcome Bonus.

We offer all-year-round care for children from six weeks to five years old at our Blacksmith's Lane site, and sessional care for children aged two and over at our new Moira Road preschool. Our experienced team includes Forest School qualified educators, ensuring that each room meets the developmental needs of its age group.
Outdoor learning is integral to our approach, allowing children to connect with nature through various enriching experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver care to children while supervising your team.
- Identify areas for improvement in learning and teaching techniques.
- Create stimulating experiences and environments.
- Ensure all record-keeping requirements are completed regularly.
- Conduct team appraisals and work in partnership with other Room Leads and management.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 or above qualification in early years.
- Proven experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
- Excellent communication skills with children and adults.
