Woodville Nursery School is looking for a full-time Nursery Manager to lead a team and shape the future of early years education. The role involves working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) and a welcome bonus of £1,000.
Storal’s Purpose: To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.
The Team: You will have support from an Operations Manager, Deputy Manager, Office Manager, Early Years Educators, and an education coach to help with the delivery of the Storal curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the nursery has the right team, culture, policies, and resources to deliver high standards of childcare and early years education.
- Identify areas for improvement in learning and teaching techniques or creating stimulating experiences for children and educators.
- Embrace inclusivity to meet the individual needs of all those in your care.
Requirements:
- A full and relevant Early Years Education qualification Level 3 or above or equivalent.
- GCSE maths or equivalent.
- Experience in a managerial role including nursery administration or similar.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Reflecting Storal values around responsibility, openness, and teamwork, with experience in providing staff training and support.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities (ideally within Early Years).
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
