Early Years Educators – Senior role

The Team
You’ll be joining Archway Nursery team of Early Years Educators, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children’s development. You’ll be a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning.
How you’ll spend your time here
Day to day, you will deliver care to the children whilst also supervising your team. You’ll identify areas for improvements whether that relates to learning and teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments. You will embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all record keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting your team appraisals. As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) you will work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.

Requirements
- A Level 3 or above qualification within early years
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner)
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
