Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader)
We are looking for a passionate and engaging Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) who will lead by example, motivating and inspiring their team to encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under EYFS framework.
As part of this role, you\βll deliver care as well as supervise your team members; identifying areas of change and implementing learning and teaching objectives to ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences. You will embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met.
Within this role you will be responsible for ensuring all record keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting your team appraisals. As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) you will work in partnership with other Room Leads and management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
