Forest Barn Nursery School is located at The Barn at Tooks Farm, Great Warley Street, Great Warley, Essex CM13 3JP. The working hours are Monday to Friday, totalling 36 hours per week, with a salary of £8 per hour.

We also have a special partnership with the local care home, where residents join us for tea and shared joy with the children.

About the role: As an Apprentice Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in keeping our children safe, loved, and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

  • Applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles daily
  • Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions
  • Bonding with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

Essentials:

  • Must be 16 or over, with a passion for children and an aptitude for learning
  • Minimum requirements: English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above
  • Able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme
  • Patient and friendly
