Nursery Support Manager

Full Time, 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our Nursery Support Manager’s primary objective is to ensure that whichever nursery setting you are posted to has the right culture, policies, and resources to deliver high standards of childcare and early years education expected by parents, Ofsted, and in accordance with Storal’s values.

While at a particular setting, you are accountable for the financial performance of the nursery as a business, and are expected to display resourcefulness, a commercial mind-set, strong organization skills, and attention to detail to ensure the financial health of the nursery, with the goal of delivering year-over-year improvements.

About you:

  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Ability and desire to travel away from home for work for weeks or months at a time
  • Early years education and care qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with preference for degree-qualified practitioners
  • Proven managerial experience within a nursery setting
  • Understanding of special educational needs and equality of opportunity
  • Proven experience within nursery administration, with a commercial mindset
  • Passionate about delivering high standards of childcare
  • Experience in providing staff training
