The role of the Property Coordinator is to assist with the management of the nursery premises and offices, to ensure their continued safe and compliant operation. You will work closely with our property team and drive forward a programme of reactive and planned maintenance visits, whilst keeping accurate records and reporting on the current estate.

About the Job:

  • General office administration (emails, calls, queries).
  • Updating nurseries on scheduled compliance/audit visits.
  • Booking in remedial works direct with contractors.
  • Continually updating and closing down actions from various audits.
  • Basic understanding of the Maintenance specialist role in order to support if required.

About you:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail, systematic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of building regulations, safety regulations and best practice.
  • Knowledge of maintenance, trades, materials.
  • Experience of prioritising work to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for the Maintenance Helpdesk.
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT Skills (Office Suite and especially Excel or CAFM and Monday.com).
