I’ve proudly been part of the Shepshed team for my entire 18-year childcare career—starting as a Nursery Nurse in the baby room and now, for the past 4 years, having the privilege of leading this incredible team as Manager. My wonderful team is truly dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care and education, supporting each and every child to reach their full potential. Our beautiful building and extensive gardens provide the perfect backdrop for a rich, engaging learning experience. About the role: As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
- Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
- Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
Essentials:
- Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning
- Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
- Are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
- Are patient and friendly
