Storal’s Glebe Farm Nursery in Lincoln is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) to lead a team and deliver high quality play-based learning.

You will supervise staff, ensure safeguarding and maintain records in partnership with the management team.

Requirements include Level 3+ in early years, strong EYFS knowledge and excellent communication with children and adults; a focus on inclusivity and continuous improvement.
