Children 1st Rosemary Lane Nursery School is looking for a Nursery Office Manager to work 30 hours per week, 5 days a week from 8am till 2pm. The salary starts from £13.50 per hour and will depend on experience and qualifications.
Our nursery is thoughtfully designed to support every stage of development. From the calming Tree Room to the exciting Cottage and Construction areas, our indoor spaces are crafted to spark creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning. Outdoors, each age group enjoys their own dedicated area, encouraging exploration in the fresh air. Our Toy Town and Mud Hut provide rich opportunities for imaginative and adventurous play, making every day an exciting journey of discovery.
Rosemary Lane's Purpose: To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.
About the job:
- Working collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to assist the successful running of the nursery
- Working as part of a passionate team to further develop existing organisation and IT skills
- Interacting with parents on a daily basis including delivering a superb experience for both current and prospective families
- Supporting the enquiry management process including nursery tours
- Working with the manager in managing staff ratios effectively
About you:
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience of working in a similar administrative role, preferably in an early years or school setting
- Understanding the importance of safeguarding
- Excellent communication skills
