Hi, I'm Jo, the Nursery Manager at Wragby Road. With 28 years of experience in early years education and an NNEB qualification, I began my journey as a Nursery Nurse and have since had the privilege of working with children of all ages—from newborns upwards. I’m incredibly proud to lead a passionate and dedicated team who go above and beyond each day to support every child’s growth, development, and happiness.

How you’ll spend your time here:
- You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
- Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions.
- Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
- Delivering high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
We’d love to talk to you if you have the following:
- An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
- Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
