To cover two Nurseries: Forest Barn Nursery School, CM13 3JP and The Learning Tree Nursery School, RM1 2QP. Paid UBER rides from train station to the Forest Barn nursery's location.

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday

Salary: Up to £16 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

In this role you’ll work across multiple Nurseries, gaining knowledge and experience in each setting, to further develop your childcare career. Storal’s purpose is to give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.

The Team you’ll be joining includes Mandy’s team of area support Nursery Practitioners, with Mandy having 35 years of experience in childcare. Our Nursery Support Team is in the North East and will cover the following nurseries: Forest Barn (CM13 3JP) and The Learning Tree (RM1 2QP). We have a wide variety of remarkable nurseries where our experienced and passionate team brings a wealth of early years expertise.

In this role, you will work closely with Mandy and the Nursery Managers to provide day-to-day cover and support where it is needed most. Flexibility is key, as your schedule may vary week to week. You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children, applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles daily while seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments is essential.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following:

  • An Early Years qualification at Level 3
  • Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
  • A full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Willingness to travel within the Winchester area
