Full-time and part-time available (20-40 hours per week, based on full days). Located in two Victorian townhouses in Gravesend, Smart Start Nursery School is a wonderful start to a child’s learning story. We are looking for passionate and engaging Early Years Educators (Nursery Practitioners), who will bring their knowledge and experience to every child and family through high quality teaching; helping children reach their full potential and discover a love of learning.
You’ll put your creative talents to good use by developing engaging and inspiring activities and games for the children to learn through play, in conjunction with our Storal curriculum. Welcoming and informative to parents and carers, you'll be adept at building relationships with your key children and completing observations detailing child development and achievements. Within your role, you’ll ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences; working in partnership with the existing educator (practitioner) team to create an inspiring working environment and to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
About you
- Full and relevant qualification in early years
- Proven experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
