Hi, I’m Alyson, the Nursery Manager at Grimsbury Manor.
At Grimsbury Manor, we’re proud to have an experienced and passionate team with a deep understanding of early years education. We know that everyone of our children is unique, with their own story to tell, which is why we tailor our learning approach to suit each of our child’s individual pace and personality.
Inside our nursery, you’ll find our children exploring, marvelling, and asking questions—developing a real love for learning. About the role:
As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
- Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
- Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
Essentials:
- Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning
- Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
- are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
- are patient and friendly
