We are looking for passionate and ambitious Deputy Nursery Manager who will work as part of the nursery management team to ensure the setting has the right staff, culture, policies and resources to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education expected by parents, Ofsted and in accordance with Storal’s values.
This nursery is part of Storal, a group of nurseries across England. It is our vision at Storal to be the nursery group that every family and educator wants to be part of. About the job :
- Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework
- Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
- Lead, motivate and inspire the educator team and instill Storal Values
- Ensure consistent high quality teaching across the nursery
- Manage staffing ratios effectively managing the weekly staff rota
- Attracts, hires and develops skilled educators and promote Storal values
- Deputise for the Nursery Manager during absence
About you :
- Early Years Education qualification to at least Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience in a managerial role including nursery administration
- Understanding EYFS framework
- Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together and experienced in providing staff training and support

Salary : From £28,350.40 up to £33,155.20 per annum based on experience and qualifications
