Our Education Team
You’ll be joining Storal’s wider team of passionate Early Years Educators and leaders, who play an incredibly important role in shaping children’s development. As an Education Coach, you’ll work across multiple nurseries, supporting and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional early years education.
How you’ll spend your time here
- Day-to-day, you will support, mentor and coach nursery teams to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- You’ll identify areas for improvement across settings, whether that’s enhancing teaching techniques, strengthening curriculum delivery, or creating more engaging and stimulating environments.
- You’ll champion inclusive practice, ensuring every child’s individual needs are met through strong, confident teaching.
- You’ll work closely with Nursery Managers and leadership teams to assess educational outcomes and implement improvements.
- A key part of your role will be modelling best practice, delivering training sessions and workshops, and supporting educators to develop their skills and confidence.
- You’ll also help bring Storal’s curriculum to life, ensuring consistency and excellence across all settings, while supporting teams to build strong partnerships with parents around children’s learning and development.
We’d love to talk to you if you have the following:
- A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years
- Proven experience within Early Years as a Senior Educator, Deputy or Nursery Manager
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Experience supporting or mentoring teams, with a coaching mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage others
- Confidence in delivering training and modelling best practice
- A passion for high-quality early years education and continuous improvement
- Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel required)
