Indoors, our calming and nurturing spaces are designed to support babies, toddlers and pre‑schoolers alike. Mealtimes are a warm and social part of the day, with our children helping to serve healthy, home‑cooked meals in a relaxed setting that encourages independence and community.

About the role: As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

  • Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
  • Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
  • Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

Essentials:

  • Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning
  • Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
  • Are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
  • Are patient and friendly
