How you’ll spend your time here:
- Deliver care to the children whilst supervising your team.
- Identify areas for improvements related to learning and teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments.
- Embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met.
- Ensure all record keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting team appraisals.
- Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
We’d love to talk to you if you have the following:
- A Level 3 or above qualification within early years.
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
