Hello, I’m Thomas, the Nursery Manager at Blossom Tree.
Together with my team, we’ve created a nurturing environment inspired by nature and centred around children\\\’s mental wellbeing. With a wealth of early years experience, we take pride in encouraging learning across all areas of development—supporting each child’s natural curiosity and love of discovery.
Our approach allows children to wonder, imagine, and explore—whether they’re engaging with our carefully designed indoor spaces, climbing on our outdoor frame, or getting hands-on down at the allotment.
About the role
As a Senior Nursery Nurse you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
- Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
- Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
About you
- A true love for child development and care
- Able and willing to work in a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
- High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
- Role modelling remarkable practice with the intent to support others around you
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
