Region: North East region covering Chesterfield, Sheffield, Lincoln and Nottingham

About you
You are a dedicated education specialist Level 3 or above, who has worked as a Senior EYE, Deputy or Nursery Manager and is now looking for a new challenge within Learning and Development.
In this pivotal role, you will support early years educators, enhancing their skills and practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality education so your passion for education and the importance the role of educators play in our sector will be put to good use, as will your natural openness and warm, positive outlook.
What you\’ll be doing
As a Regional Nursery Coach for Storal\\\’s North East region, you’ll ensure a culture of excellence, high standards and continuous improvement across the nurseries you support.
Your detailed knowledge of child development and different pedagogical approaches will help you to provide coaching and mentorship to nursery staff across your region, assisting in the development and implementation of educational programmes that align with EYFS standards.
You will;
- Collaborate with nursery managers to assess and enhance educational outcomes
- Support curriculum development and innovation in teaching practices
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build staff capacity and drive educational excellence. Mentoring EY Educators and modelling best practice
- Ensure consistently high quality teaching and learning
- Coach management teams on bringing our curriculum to life
- Support teams to work in partnership with parents on their child’s learning
What you\’ll need
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (Level 3 or above)
- A driver\\\’s license and access to a vehicle as this role requires travel to multiple locations some of which are not on public transport routes
- Proven experience in an educational or coaching role within the early years sector
- Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate staff
- A commitment to continuous professional development and educational innovation
- Experience in Nursery Management as either a Senior EYE, Deputy or Nursery Manager
- Strong verbal communication skills particularly when used in mentoring and coaching approaches
- Proficient in active listening to understand barriers that educators may be facing
- Passion for the important role our educators play in our sector and with our young children
- Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
