Nursery: Hemsley House Nursery School, Maidstone, Kent, ME16
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday and casual roles available
Salary: From £14.10-£14.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About you:
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Lead Early Years Educator (Third in Charge) who will work in partnership with the educator team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
About the role:
As an Lead Nursery Practitioner, you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
- Encouraging a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework
- Ensuring all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
- Building relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment
- Leading, motivating and inspiring the educator team
- Being the third in command in the nursery after the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager
- Identifying areas of change and implementing
Must haves:
- Level 3 or above qualification within early years
- Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
