How you’ll spend your time here:
- Day to day, you will deliver care to the children whilst also supervising your team.
- You’ll identify areas for improvement, whether that relates to learning and teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments.
- You will embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met.
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring all record‑keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting your team appraisals.
- As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) you will work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
Qualifications:
- A Level 3 or above qualification within early years.
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
