Hello, I’m Kadie, the Nursery Manager at Hathern. Together with my team, we feel privileged to be part of the children’s early years journey, providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. How you’ll spend your time here
- You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
- Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions.
- Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
- Delivering high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
We’d love to talk to you if you have the following
- An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
- Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
