Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, Full Time and we can also look at Part Time

Salary: £12.90ph - £13.30ph. Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.

Hello, I'm Kadie, the Nursery Manager at Hathern. Together with my team, we feel privileged to be part of the children's early years journey, providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Our home‐from‐home spaces are thoughtfully filled with natural resources, creating the perfect setting for children to explore, discover, and grow.

We're also proud of our strong connection with our sister nursery in Shepshed, which fosters shared learning opportunities and close community ties—enriching the experience for both children and families.

How you'll spend your time here

  • You'll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
  • Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
  • Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions.
  • Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
  • Delivering high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We'd love to talk to you if you have the following

  • An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
  • Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
