What you'll be doing

  • Manage administration of all health and safety (H&S) compliance recording and reporting.
  • Liaise with external partners such as insurers and RIDDOR where appropriate.
  • Manage uploading of documents related to incidents and accidents.
  • Gather and input data for reporting purposes.
  • Handle time-sensitive recording, reporting, and actions.

What you'll need

Essential:
  • Ability to confidently work with various online systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work within time scales.
  • Previous administrative experience.
Desirable:
  • Previous compliance experience.
  • Experience reporting to legislative bodies.
