Hi, I\’m Sophie, the Nursery Manager at Farley Steeple Langford.

Our dedicated and long-standing team brings a wealth of early years experience and a deep understanding of each child’s unique journey. We believe that children learn best through play, especially when surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Set in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, in the picturesque village of Steeple Langford, our children enjoy regular visits to the local park, Langford Lakes, and even the nearby community care home—helping them build a strong sense of belonging and connection with their wider community.

About the role:
As a Casual Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
- Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
- Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
About you:
- A true love for child development and care
- Able and willing to work in a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
- High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Must haves:
- Early Years qualification at Level 3
- Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
