About you: You are an experienced Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse or similar, seeking a role with variety and flexibility to suit your commitments. You enjoy supporting young children's natural curiosity and are passionate about shaping future generations.
What you’ll be doing: You will provide cover for children as needed, including holidays, sickness, or vacancy gaps. Support may be for a full day or just a morning/afternoon session. Planning is part of your routine, but flexibility is key as child care often requires quick adaptations. Creativity is essential—engaging children through arts, crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games within EYFS standards, while allowing your creative flair to shine.
What you’ll need: Ideally a full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification in early years; however, unqualified educators with the right qualities and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply. Experience working with children under 5 is advantageous. Knowledge of the EYFS is desirable. Reflects the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.
