Hello, I’m Kate, the Nursery Manager at Derby Road. With nearly 30 years of experience in early years, I’m proud to lead a team that understands the importance of quality care and the positive impact it has on children’s development.
Our nursery is thoughtfully designed across two levels with tailored spaces that spark curiosity and inspire a lifelong love of learning. Our baby suite offers a calm, home-from-home environment where little ones feel secure, settled, and supported every day.
Imaginative play is at the heart of what we do. Children love exploring our outdoor area, where engaging activities encourage creativity and development in a natural, inspiring setting.
About the role:
As an Early Years Educator, you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved, and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
- Applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles to our children daily
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions
- Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

Must haves:
- Early Years qualification at Level 3
