Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary & Qualifications
Salary starting from £13.50 per hour, dependent on qualification and experience. Must hold Level 3 or above in Childcare.
Purpose
To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.
Responsibilities
- Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
- Apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles daily.
- Seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions.
- Build bonds with children and families through meaningful moments.
- Deliver high levels of care and empathy, understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Early Years qualification at Level 3.
- Experience working with all age groups within Early Years settings.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.
